Questions people actually ask

What happens when I hit a quota?

Depends on the quota. Some degrade — you keep going on a smaller model — and some block. The app tells you which before you reach it, at 80% of the allowance.

Does VietQR renew automatically?

No. VietQR is a bank transfer, not a stored card, so renewal is manual. We remind you before the period ends. MoMo can renew automatically if you authorise it.

What activates a subscription?

Only a verified webhook from the payment provider. Returning to the site after payment does not unlock anything on its own — that would be trivially forgeable.

Is there a free tier worth using?

Free includes local AI, basic transcription and meeting summaries, with a monthly session allowance. It is meant to be used, not to be a nag screen.

Can I keep everything on my own machine?

On Local processing, transcription and suggestions run on your computer for the workflows that support it. Some capabilities are cloud-only and the app says which.

How does Team billing work?

Per seat, with shared playbooks, shared knowledge and manager analytics. Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, audit logs and custom retention.
